Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Hill
Mary Elizabeth Hill was born on July 25, 1958 to Robert Jason Sr. and Ruby George Jason. She confessed Christ as her savior at an early age at Myers Memorial in Ringgold, Louisiana. She
attended Southside High School in Ringgold, Louisiana.
Mary was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Archie Hill in 1984. They moved their family to Texas where she joined New Jerusalem COGIC. She was very active in the church. She served on the mission board, women’s department, the choir and many more aspects of the church. Mary was a praying and
encouraging woman. She was always walking around with a smile on her face and love for the world in her heart.
Mary is proceeded in death by her parents, Ruby Jason and Robert Jason Jr.; one son, Bobby Hill; one daughter Ruby Hill; two brothers, Arthur Jason and Jerry Jason; two sisters, Rose Jason and Gracie Jason.
She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of 38 years, Archie Hill; three sons, LaTroy Ryce (Pricilla), Archie Hill Jr. (Eddina) and Jeremiah Hill; five daughters; Sharon Jason, Felisha Hill (Ryan), Tiffiny Vialva (Byron), Tenisha Hill (Naeem) and Tiera Hill. One sister, Anna Brown of Bossier City, LA; four brothers; Hayward Jason of La Porte, TX, Artis Jason of Baytown, TX, Charles Jason of La Porte, TX and Robert Jason Jr. of Ringgold, LA. She also leaves twenty-one grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, close relatives and many friends.
